ROTATING MOBILE PROXIES
QUESTIONS
What is a rotating mobile proxy?
It is a proxy that sends your requests through IP addresses mobile carriers assigned to phones and modems, drawn from a shared pool and swapped as you go. You present carrier addresses — the kind many real subscribers share — without renting a device of your own.
How is it different from a dedicated 4G or 5G proxy?
A dedicated proxy is one modem that serves only you, billed monthly with no data cap, with a city and carrier preference set at checkout; you rotate it yourself with a change-IP link. Rotating mobile is a pool billed per gigabyte across 180+ countries, with no carrier choice. Put accounts that must look like one person on one phone on a dedicated proxy; spread jobs that need breadth across the pool.
How much do rotating mobile proxies cost?
$4.75/GB for 1, 5 and 10 GB; $3.80/GB for 25 and 50 GB; $2.85/GB for 100 and 250 GB. Packs are one-time payments by PayPal or crypto, the bandwidth never expires, and a new pack adds to the same login, so buying 25 GB twice costs the same per gigabyte as buying 50 GB once.
Can I keep the same IP for a while?
Yes. A sticky session holds one address for 1 to 120 minutes — 30 if you set no duration — and your dashboard builds the session username for you. Ports 11000 to 20000 also each keep one IP. A sticky address lasts only while its device stays connected, so long jobs should cope with an occasional change.
Can I choose the carrier, the city, or 4G versus 5G?
No. Targeting is by country, and the network type is not selectable. If a named carrier matters — Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile in the US, Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom or Free in France — buy a dedicated 4G or 5G proxy, from $55 a month in France.
Which countries can I use?
The pool reached 180+ countries in October 2026, but depth varies a great deal from one country to the next, and the list changes. Your dashboard shows the countries available right now; for a large pack aimed at a single country, ask support first.
Should I pick rotating mobile or rotating residential?
Residential costs less per gigabyte at every comparable pack size and targets down to the city, so it is the default for broad scraping. Pay the mobile premium when the target treats carrier-network traffic differently from home broadband — mobile-first apps and mobile search results are the usual cases.
Why do sites block mobile IPs less often?
Carriers put many subscribers behind each public address with carrier-grade NAT, so one mobile IP can stand for many genuine users at once. A site that blocks it risks shutting all of them out, and many sites are slower to do so. That is a tendency, not a promise: the device, the account and what it does are judged separately from the address.
Do the gigabytes expire?
No. A pack’s bandwidth stays on your login until you use it, with no monthly renewal to forfeit.
Where do the IPs come from?
From a partner pool of mobile-carrier connections — not from Prox’Easy’s own modems, which serve only our dedicated 4G and 5G customers. If where an address originates matters for your compliance review, talk to us before you buy.
